0 - 17 - St Johns to Barnet Hwy to Boundary
17 km - Left on Boundary to Adanac
17.5 km - 21 km - Adanac to Vernon
left on vernon - one block - right on union
21 - 23 - union to expo blvd
Expo blvd - Georgia - Stanley Park Seawall to 30 km

Turn around sucka,  run home.
